Hello Lovely people, Welcome back to our new series called #WhyIstartedblogging which will feature three different bloggers each time. We love getting to know why people started blogging and what it means to them so we hope you enjoy the read.

This week we have Nicole, Anni & Megan.

We hope you enjoy reading this because we sure did, We love to read about other bloggers, finding out what blogging means to them.

Why did you start Blogging?

I blog because for so long I didn’t have a voice, I couldn’t voice my feelings. For so long I fell deeper and deeper into despair.

I want to become a voice of support, of honesty. If I have to live with mental illnesses then I want to use them for good. If I have to live with disability being part of Motherhood then I want to raise awareness. I want to turn something that hurts me everyday into something that may just save someone else’s life. For me, my blog has become a safe place for me, and I hope that by writing my blog, that I can extend this feeling to others, no matter how far away they may be.

What does Blogging mean to you?

Blogging means to me Having a voice. Having a duty of care towards the public as an influential writer. Having the opportunity to educate the public and anybody in need, promoting inclusivity.

Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging because I wanted to share my thoughts with the world. I wanted to create a blog since I knew what a blog was and I finally did it! I also started blogging because I wanted to share my passion for fashion, recipes and sewing with the rest of the world!

What does blogging mean to you?

Started as a 'thing to do when you're bored' , blogging now is a hobby and passion of mine. It gives me the chance to be myself and no one will judge me for what I write. I can have my own corner in the www. This is a thing I love about blogging: you have a page where you can escape when you feel stressed or bad and your followers will make you feel better again!

Why did you start Blogging?

I started blogging not long ago as a way to express myself creatively. After years of having to abide by exam criteria and having a grade put on my photographs I felt very restricted. It was like I had to use a formula to be a successful creator. It also didn’t help that I’d never actually stuck to a hobby, so up until blogging my life basically consisted of going to college, coming home and watching TV. After years of admiring YouTubers and bloggers, I decided to set up my own blog to give myself a focus outside of education. I wanted somewhere to talk about my passions, share my photography with people and document my life.

What Does Blogging mean to you?

Blogging means I now have a focus everyday. I wake up excited to work towards something productive and creative and pressing the publish button gives me a sense of accomplishment I’ve never had in education. Blogging makes me realise that I actually do have a talent as I’ve always felt average at things; I can do academic subjects well, but I’m never going to go to Cambridge. I can do sports well, but I’ll never be in the olympics. I feel like blogging is the only thing I’ve ever really done well at and put effort into and it means SO much to me.
