Some important information

We just wanted to do a post that has all the information in one place about hotlines, websites and company's you can contact if you ever need them. The work these people do is amazing and we personally thank them for all the effort they put in to helping people stay safe and feel included, like they matter. (Information is for UK unless otherwise stated with info)

We also just want to say if you ever need someone to talk to, just give us a message. One of us will be able to reply and help you, even if it's just for a chat when you're having a bad day.
