What's In My Bag? The Weekend Away Edit

Okay so everyone loves weekends away, but does anyone else find themselves cramming everything they can possibly think of into one of those small 'weekend away' bags that were clearly designed by someone who doesn't need 20 makeup brushes and 5 pairs of shoes? Yeah well that was me both last weekend and this weekend! Oh, and the weekend before last... maybe I just travel too much? Anyway, the point is, I always seem to create lists upon lists and still manage to forget things!

As some of you may be aware, last weekend I got to spend 51 incredible hours with Jordanne, her Gran, and Leon. We got so much planned for Bloggers Tribe, organised bits and pieces, watched multiple movies, and played with lots and lots of PlayDough - I can still smell it on my hands! But when I got there on Friday afternoon, I still thought I had managed to forget something. Of course I had, but only because it wasn't on my list! So here is what I take away with me for a weekend away:

Main Bag

  • Saturday outfit
  • Saturday shoes
  • PJs
  • Hoodie
  • Socks
  • Pants
  • Bra
  • Coat
  • Wash bag
  • Makeup
  • Charger
  • Hairdryer
  • Hairbrush(es)
  • Comb
  • Handbag
  • Extension lead
  • Jewellery
  • Laundry bag
  • Purse
  • iPad
  • Laptop

Just some of the things in my wash bag

Wash Bag
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Showergel
  • Face Wash
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Deodorant
  • Cleanser
  • Cotton wool
  • Day and night moisturisers
  • Hairspray
  • Heat Protect Spray

So that's what I take with me! Is your packing list anything like mine? What do you do differently?

  1. Omgoodness I love making lists for packing when I'm going away, well I used to now though I have to make a list for 4 people, two of them being the girls so as my personal list is similar to yours the added one is longer haha :)
